Superbon Training Camp is a Muay Thai and kickboxing training facility in Bangkok, Thailand.

The camp was opened by Superbon as his base training facility. Superbon is a multiple-time ONE Championship Kickboxing World Champion.

Prior to singing with ONE FC, he had earned several belts including a WBC Muay Thai and a Thailand national title.

Location of Superbon Training Camp

There are two Superbon gyms in Bangkok. One is called “Superbon Training Camp”, and the other is called “Superbon Academy”.

At the time of this writing, the main (original) Superbon Training Camp facility has closed, and they are in the process of building a new and improved facility, which is about a 5 minute walk from the original location. This post explains it.

They are expecting to have the new facility completed by October 1st, 2026.

As for how to get there when it’s ready, it’s on the east side of the city, roughly 25–35 minutes from central Bangkok (Sukhumvit / Silom areas) by car or Grab, depending on traffic.

Nearby landmarks..

  • About 1.5 km from Central Eastville shopping mall
  • Close to The Crystal Ekamai-Ramindra
  • Near Lotus’s supermarket

Getting there..

Public transport: The nearest major station is Lat Phrao 71 on the MRT Yellow Line (around 6 km away), so you will still need a short Grab or taxi ride from there. It is not walkable from any BTS or MRT station.

Best option: Grab or Bolt (car or motorcycle). The soi is narrow, so a motorcycle taxi is often quicker in traffic.

In the meantime, all training will commence at a 2nd location called “Superbon Academy”, which in the center of the city.

2nd floor, Sterling Sport & Wellness Complex (Sterling 24), Sukhumvit Soi 24
(about 700 metres south of Phrom Phong BTS station, in the EM District area).

Fighters and Trainers at Superbon Training Camp

Aside from Superbon himself, you can find several top level fighters training at this gym.

In fact, it has gotten to a point where legends of the sport just drop in when preparing for fights to get some different looks in sparring.

For example, while Rodtang is still based out of Jitmuangnon gym, and Tawanchai is still based out of PK Saenchai, they will still come to Superbon Training Camp every now and then to switch things up.

As for fighters who are at Superbon Training Camp more consistently, the first name who comes to mind is Daniel Rodriguez.

At the time of this writing, Daniel is the reigning champion in the super welterweight division at Rajadamnern stadium, and he has a ridiculously impressive record of 50-1.

If he’s not training at Superbon Training Camp, he’s likely in Switzerland at Dado Gym or in Phuket training with a trainer named “Cookie”.

Though retired, Singdam is another legendary fighter who can periodically be found training at and teaching at the camp now that his home gym (Kiatmuu9) has closed.

Singdam is a 4x lumpinee champion, a 3x Thai national champion, a WBC Muay Thai champion and a 3x “Fighter of the year” award winner.

There’s a fighter who Singdam fought 12 times during his career, and that rival is Nong-O – who now also trains at the Superbon Training Camp.

Nong O also has 4 Lumpinee belts, a Raja belt, 3 “fighter of the year” awards, and he was the reigning ONE FC Bantamweight champion for over 4 years.

As you can see, the mats at the Superbon training camp are graced with absolute legends of the sport.

A few other up and comers..

Petchpuupaa: A standout young fighter and rising star in RWS and ONE Lumpinee.

Rambolek: Highly regarded Muay Thai competitor who frequently spars and trains at the camp.

Khunsuek: A highly explosive elite fighter actively representing the camp in ONE FC.

Chama: A rising technical fighter representing the camp on the ONE Friday Fights Circuit.

Johan “Jojo” Ghazali: The explosive Malaysian-American flyweight star who moved his camp there full-time to sharpen his striking under the gym’s legends.

Fighters like Rodtang and Tawanchai drop in every now and then.

It is the camp of professional fighter Superbon Banchamek (Suppachai Muensang / Superbon Singha Mawynn), a multiple-time ONE Championship Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion.

The camp was opened by Superbon as his personal/base training facility. It has gone through location changes in the past (including a period associated with Singha Mawynn/Mavinn and at least one move to the Sukhumvit area). It now operates in its current site and trains both professional fighters and students of various levels. Trainer Gae (a longtime coach of Superbon) is a key figure at the camp.

Training Structure at Superbon Training Camp

While the depth of talent that passes through the Superbon camp is impressive, it’s important to keep in mind that the camp operates two distinct tiers:

  • Advanced Fighter Classes: These heavy cardio and hard sparring sessions are open to active fighters. You just need to inform the front desk of your competitive background to train alongside stars like Rodriguez, Ghazali, and Khunsuek.
  • Group Fitness Classes: These are geared towards general fitness and technical combinations for enthusiasts.

In other words, the chances that you’re going to get to spar and clinch with the likes of Daniel Rodriguez or Nong O are rather slim if you’re not a competitive fighter.

Prices

Prices frequently change, so best to just contact the gym for the updated rates. At the time of this writing, a single drop in group session is 700 baht, while private sessions are 700 baht.
