According to their website, Jun was a top fighter at the major stadiums in Bangkok. At 5000 baht per month for 2x per day training, Jun Muay Thai is one of the least expensive tourist-oriented Muay Thai camps in Thailand.
Location
Jun Muay Thai is located in the island of Koh Samui, which is about a 1 hour flight from Bangkok. Here is a map you can use to find the gym.
Accommodation
There are quite a few accommodation options listed on this page of their website. They have a rate of 5500 baht per month listed on there for a studio room, which is very reasonable. They also list a few of the upscale accommodation options on there as well.
Training Info & Photos
The morning session runs from 7:30am – 9:30am and the afternoon session runs from 4:30pm-6:30pm. The sessions are quite similar in terms of how they’re structured. The sessions start with a 30 minute run, followed by about 10 minutes of skipping, some shadow boxing, about 4 rounds on the bag, pad work with the trainers (3 rounds if you’re not fighting and 5 rounds if you are). After pad work, there’s 30 minutes of clinching and then some conditioning exercises to finish off the sessions.
